Just logged in using .tap email and it worked. But I didn’t try it without the .tap so it’s possible that would work too?

Probably nothing but my kid seems to remember adding a .tap after username and now it doesn’t need it but others are using .tap and some are able to log in with both .tap and without .tap. I don’t think it is anything with portal astrology but kid is nervous!

My son has never added a .tap after his username, just his email

My son can only login through .tap not through regular email. Not sure .tap is meaningful as some friends login one way and others a different way.

My daughter has also never added a .tap after her username. It’s always been her email only.

The .tap was always there from the initial portal setup. I don’t think it means anything.

That was the case until today. Now - can log in with and without .tap so :grimacing:! Oh well - one more day to find out if it means anything! Kid remembers seeing a note that said “add .tap” but now it is not there. Oh well! Maybe something changed!

Here’s a new one - just tried logging in without the “tap” and a new screen popped up that just says Change Your Password. Not feeling great about this.

My daughter had to change her password a few days ago. I never noticed until it was mentioned here, but now she gets an error message with tap on the end and can only login to the portal with her email address.

So looks like we have three buckets here:

  1. Can access both (with and without)
  2. Can only access with
  3. Can only access without
