A Friend Account is a U-M guest account, which allows applicants to access certain U-M systems prior to receiving an admission decision. This is written on the portal. According to this, I should have been able to access this link, but I can not. What about others?
Also, I was deferred EA. Does it hurt my chances if I did not take any action after deferral (like not submitting LOCI even)?
I think you need to submt LOCI to be considered for RD, if deferred… correct me if i am wrong.

no you are still considered!! some people do get admitted after not submitting and LOCI but it doesn’t work out in your favor if they doubt you attending michigan
