@hailtopitt1787 But if I do need to make some adjustments, will admission committee rethink my decision since I already got accepted, and I believe that’s the case, I only need to change the pass/fail classes for the credits that I earned, and I passed all of them.
@Joezzzzz, Tt is very important for the SRAR to match your final transcript when we receive it in the summer (if you choose to enroll at Pitt). I am going to DM you a little more information and a contact in our office who can assist you.

@hailtopitt1787, is there a way to check the SRAR once submitted. Applied with Pitt application.
Have you tried logging back in to the application? Log into your online application, click on “Academic Record”, then select “Update SRAR”. We encourage you to contact our office to request any changes from us rather than resubmitting the SRAR.

Pitt just sent me a letter requesting my mid year grades? Is that a bad sign?
@hailtopitt1787 I applied from in-state on 9/26 and Admissions received all my test scores on 10/11. I have pretty high stats for admission (1470 SAT 4.2 GPA) and I applied to Swanson. Most of my friends heard back within a week of applying. Should I contact admissions or just keep waiting it out?
@senior87. We r in the same boat. Did they also request new SAt?from what everyone says it’s not a bad sign.

My son got a letter requesting mid year grades about a week ago. It said to send additional SAT results if retaking them as well. I think the only “bad sign” would be a rejection. I feel like this shows they are interested in you, but not ready to offer yet.

@Thewaiting4ever didn’t ask for a sat retake just my mid year grades. My act score was a 29 and my gpa was a 3.5.

1 mid yr grades
2 sr yr SAt
3 both
My son’s stats are GPA 3.3 and SAT 1210. Pitt is a reach for him and we didn’t expect an immediate admission. I was glad that they asked for mid year grades and did not just reject him. Proves to me that review is genuinely holistic!
@hailtopitt1787 I just checked the mobile app and the button underneath applications says accept/decline admissions and when I click on it it says that I do not have any pending applications at this time. I only I applied 5 days ago, last Wednesday, November 15th. Is it possible that I could be hearing back this week?? Im so excited!

I would say the essay is really important since I don’t think neither of my SAT or GPA is high.
