Yes, I would submit letters of recommendation for the Chancellor’s application.
@mommdc - How would you do that? It asks for a CV and 3 short answer questions. How would you submit letters of recomendation. I agree, it would make sense to do it since they do not ask them for in the initial application.
@CValle, sorry I am not familiar with the current requirements for Chancellor application, I thought that there was a way to submit LOR when my D applied a few years ago.
@hailtopitt1787 I submitted my application in August and was asked to submit my Sr year SAT results. I emailed them over on Monday. When can I expect a response? Thank you

@Thewaiting4ever, Once we have your SAT scores processed and the application is ready to review, the Admissions Committee will take another look. I would estimate about another 2-3 weeks (Thanksgiving will slow things down just a little).

Just received my merit scholarship ! $20k a year. out of state, 34 ACT and 3.7 unweighted gpa, six ap’s and ten honors classes.
Havent received an official email yet but buttons changed!!! Im so happy!!!
@Thewaiting4ever did the letter specifically only say send sat scores? Because I got a letter that said we will further review ur application but you should send mid-year grades and a senior sat if us chose so.
@Thewaiting4ever mine said “the admissions committee has review your application and requested that you forward additional information, specifically your mid year senior grades and senior year SAT” BUT at the bottom it says “also,PLEASE email us to let us know if you plan to retake the SAT in your senior year”?? I honestly have no idea what to do?
@nikefrees, My D got the same letter. I called them for clarification about the SAT since she was not planning to retake it at the time and they told me her SAT is not bad but they like to see two scores. So she took the Nov test just to be safe.
I applied 11/21 and I logged in to the app today and it says I have no pending applications. Does this mean they have already made a decision? I’m so nervous!!!
@nikefrees we got the same letter. So now we are waiting till end of Jan to get mid year grades to send in.
@xi8a4go I think it means no decision has been made yet. You’ll know you got accepted when the app says accept/decline. For me it took 2-3 weeks.
Daughter received her admit letter today!! FYI never had buttons change and never got an email. Now we wait to see where she gets the tuition Exchange scholarships! Congrats to all, Hail to Pitt!
