@sparkleybarkley oops sorry!
Mine says the same thing if it says no pending it should be fine I applied the day before and I still have no decision
Should I call or is it normal for it to say no pending and I applied on November 29. Some people I know applied the exact same day and already got their decision.
My daughter got accepted and received a letter also saying she would be guaranteed admission to the grad school if she wanted and maintained a 3.0 with 5k per year in grad school. It was odd and I would rather she get the money for college. Anyone else get that ?
That is her acceptance letter. Scholarship letter will come separate.
Yes, my daughter got that but no merit yet.
I applied honors at Pitt however I still haven’t gotten my decision if I’m in or not after 7 weeks is that normal and should I call. I applied November 29
It’s been 9 weeks for me. Admissions said will be reviewed in near future? But that was 2 weeks ago.
This is soooo annoying
UPitt site and mobile app are down for the last couple of hours?
I noticed too! Was hoping that meant a decision was coming fit me? That happened at 2 other schools I applied a day before they posted the decision. But I may be reading into it lol!
I hope so … praying for it !!
No. That was the missing piece. He’s fixed it now though and the admissions rep said its fine. That just didn’t happen with other schools via common app. Thanks for the response.
will be released by end of month
Yes we got that in our letter too. Her undergrad merit came two weeks later.
My daughter got an email with a link to her portal with an update…
They gave her a $2000/year scholarship…, she was accepted back in mid October. SAT 1570 (one take Oct 2019), National Merit SF, 4.76 GPA, 4.0 unweighted (including 13 APs, including Calc BC, Physics C, Chem, Bio, CS - she wants to study computational biology) and a variety of ECs. Not sure how they determine the amounts awarded but was expecting more based on what I have read on CC.
My daughter just got an email to check her portal too and she only got $5000/year.
@drewcollege4 what are her stats?
#1 in class, 10 APs, 3.98 Uw, 4.6 weighted, 1440 sat (710 math, 730 english), sat scores is what probably brought $ down - maybe shouldn’t have reported. 3 year varsity athlete, worked since she turned 14, good ECs and volunteer.
She got more than my daughter, SAT 1570, so I don’t think they care about test scores
