Same. No decision yet. Applied 10/23 as OOS (Intl schooling).
It seems there are several that applied around that time that haven’t heard…my daughter included.
My son has since committed to PSU Smeal….but is still curious about what Pitt decided about him

D26 applied at the end of Oct. She was accepted to business school w/guaranteed law on 12/4. Honors college acceptance posted the next day 12/5. Waiting on merit. 95/100 GPA, 1460 SAT, strong ECs, and essays. Good luck, everyone!

D26 just got accepted to Dietrich this evening for International Studies! She applied on 10/13. OOS 3.7 UW 4.6 W, Test Optional, 10 APs, plus pretty major ECs and personal circumstances.

Still waiting since 10/23! I guess only 7 weeks yet. Pitt is a reach, so expected a “send mid semester grades” by now. Maybe they are between that and a rejection??
OOS 3.7 weighted, TO and Rehabilitation Science. Want to go to OT grad school and ECs, essay and recommendations and 2 year internship are very strong for that but the grades ….
Anyone know how competitive this major is?

Accepted (dated 12.04.24) to Dietrich School of Arts and Sciences for Pre-Public Policy major. In-state, 3.9, 1300 SAT, 5 APs, great ECs. Application completed 10.24.

My son was accepted in September and definitely has sights set on honors college. I realize there was a wave of notifications on October 30th and another December 5th, no news on merit or honors during either one for him. Curious if folks know if we should anticipate another wave in January? The longer we wait, the less likely either is seeming 
He is OOS 3.9 UW/1500 SAT/lots of AP and dual enrollment credits - planning to major in psychology

yes, applied last week of October, Business School, OOS, applied for GAP as well. has since committed to Penn State Smeal but curious about potential offer from Pitt.
Yes - Out of State Engineering Major - Applied 10/28 - still waiting. Which is strange because her twin applied on the same day, very similar grades and scores (biochem major) and her sister was accepted 3 weeks ago and was admitted to the honors college last week.
Since engineering is in Swanson, and biochemistry is in Dietrich, each twin may be on a completely different process and timeline. Good luck!

Still waiting here. Dietrich School of Arts and Sciences. History major. In-state. UW 3.76, 3.957 W GPA. TO. 7 APs, 1 IB, and 1 Advanced. Really strong essay. Already got accepted to Penn State and Susquehanna. Other applications are still pending.
DD ‘26 applied on Nov 1st. Admitted on 12/3. Dietrich. Neuroscience major. Also admitted to Frederick Honors College. OOS. UW GPA 4.0. 1530 SAT. 34 ACT. 7 AP. 3 DE. 3 Honors. 5 on all AP exams.
