Two years ago It seems like Fridays.
Last year, my son received an email on a Thursday evening. He applied August 24 & received his acceptance email Oct 3 around 7pm. (However, last year replies were delayed compared to previous years.) Good Luck!!
For those that have heard back, did the email come around 7 pm?

You still need to put counselor’s name & email address before submitting the app, right?
No counselor contact info was in the common app submission.
S26 does remember putting the counselor info into the Pitt App. He basically filled out all required fields.

Still says “Awaiting Decision.”
I doubt they are in the office admitting people during the holiday weekend.
