Can anyone share any knowledge regarding housing at UTK? Is on campus guaranteed for freshmen, and when they have to move off is it nearby and generally safe? Thank you

Can anyone who committed to UTK share how your child sets up their email?
UTK said RD and deferral decisions would be out âend of Februaryâ. Today is 2/29. No email from them yet on decision timing. Does CC know when it might happen?

Our page still shows âAwaiting Decisionâ but if you click on the word âwebsiteâ from that page, you get an error. Above the error is the word admitted and if you open it up and has a Congrats Youâre a Vol message.
Also, we clicked on the admitted day tour link up above and we were able to sign up for a day. In the confirmation email, it does say he was admitted for his major.
I read on Insta that RD decisions are out. How did you all fare? Fingers crossed!
Yes housing is guaranteed for freshman and yes there is nearby housing available off campus and the area is generally safe
