I am going to vomit. The application was done so long ago. We went to check in SRAR to see if q1 grades could be input, which put SRAR it in edit mode and thereā€™s no way to get out of edit mode! We didnā€™t re-send it to UTK!! I am SO ANGRY. No other school has said it made their application incomplete.

There is a way. I have done it many times. There should be a review/submit button at the end.

exactly, you have to review and hit submit, even when nothing has changed. There is no CANCEL

I applied in early September and I heard on October 12th. I heard though that they review applications randomly and in no particular order. However, I did a virtual event like 2 weeks before I got admitted and Iā€™ve heard that once you do something from the part of the portal that has events that they then start reviewing your application.

This may end up being my kid as well. He got first quarter grades and I told him to update his SRAR. He updated it but no idea what happened after that. He hasnā€™t;t checked portal yet because he is at a basketball game but I am thinking he will be in the same boat. I will feel so bad if me telling him to update the portal screwed things up for him.

There would be no need to cancel. The original version stays sent to the schools.

When I filled out vt SRAR it was for vt only. Had nothing to do with UTK. Filled it out reviewed hit submit to Va tech. Done.
