When posting results, please say if in state or out of state as that is very important for UW admissions. Also please say your major.

D24 OOS (CA) - waitlisted , psychology - 3.8uw/4.1w, test optional
Updating - daughter decided not to accept place on the waitlist, as she has some other options that came thru recently. So maybe someone else will get that spot (hopefully). Good luck to all other waitlisted kids!

Accepted!!!

I got waitlisted with pretty similar stats and same major lol kinda confused since I got into what I believe were better colleges but whatever.

uw is almost like an in-state exclusive school

2/3 of the class is in-state, 1/3 OOS according to the FAQ video from a few days ago.

D24, in state, GPA 3.97 UW, 34 ACT, political science major

I got accepted, 3.5 Unweighted GPA, 2 honors, 1 AP (b/c I’m from Thailand)

Yes our S24 also got into Northeastern, UMD, Wisconsin so we do have choices its just that this was closer to CA.

Good luck to you.

Looks like rejections are coming later

OOS waitlisted. Psych. 1480 sat, 3.9 uw 4.3 w. 8 APs 4&5’s.

It means none of these things. You just will have to apply to allen again as a UW student, which is very, very competitive (more than being admitted right now) so I can’t recommend going to UW at this point.
