@DesiBoyeeee2222 its almost like a title page, but without the title. Just put your name, birth date, and the school you attend & its location on one page by itself.
Shoot I already submitted the letter, well rip my chances.
Is it due before 12 AM today? or could I still submit it tmrw? Iām freaking out rn because I donāt like what Iāve written
@aliens20 I would assume itās due at 11:59 pacific time tonight, since thereās no specific time listed.
@DesiBoyeeee2222 I wouldnāt count yourself out just yet!
Just submitted my appeal good luck everyone!! USC was and still is my dream school, but whatever is meant to be will be. In the meantime, I will be committing to UC Berkeley
Son submitted apeal. Commiting to UMD College Park (Business School) & will consider TTP for next year to enter USC as a sophmore.
to those who submitted appeals, does it show up in your documents? mine doesnāt show although I received an email
@cysss2 I donāt think so - all I received was a confirmation email as well. Wish you luck!
thank u!! you too :))
what did you guys write your appeals about
What is it about USC that you prefer over UC Berkeley? Isnāt Berkeley more prestigious?
@fmiller2020 - What is it about USC that you prefer over UC Berkeley? Isnāt Berkeley more prestigious?
@AniAni Of course UCB is a great school, but private school v public schools have big differences. We chose USC over UCB (and UCLA) more than once.
Thank you @CADREAMIN
Does anyone know about extensions for Appeals? I know itās been done in the past and I would think with all the chaos going on this year with the virus theyād be a little more understanding.
No extension for appeals. They have always held fast to that date and not sure why Covid would be a reason for more time. You could always call and plead your case for an extension if you feel you have one.
Because USC admitted nearly 2,000 more students than normal, does that give those appealing little to no chance of a successful appeal?
^^^Tend to agree. I would think appeal numbers will return to normal this year, but hard to forcast how the reality versus the media panic is affecting peopleās choices. I was very happy to hear about the USC study that came out today, that is a big deal.
Is the the study you are referring to:
USC-LA County Study: Early Results of Antibody Testing Suggest Number of COVID-19 Infections Far Exceeds Number of Confirmed Cases in Los Angeles County

D was offered Trojan Transfer. It is her understanding that, because she applied to a major requiring a live audition, she would have to completely reapply, resubmit prescreen videos and re-audition in person all over again, not just get the grades and likely get accepted as a transfer in a year. If D is granted admission on appeal, will she be granted admission into the major that she auditioned for in January or just admission to the university?
