Okay thanks, I reached out and they took my appeal.
When do decisions come out? Not expecting much but you never know
Hello! I am in the exact same position. I emailed my Appeal Letter pdf to the USC admissions committee as well as my USC counselor today at 4pm, along with a question whether they will still receive it given these Covid-19 circumstances. They havenāt reached back to me yet. When did you email them and how soon did they reply back? Also, did you receive a confirmation email that your appeal was successfully submitted after? Thanks!

Hello! I am in the exact same position. I emailed the USC Admissions Committee my Appeal Letter pdf as well as to my USC counselor at 4pm on Tuesday (April 21st) asking if they will still take it given these covid-19 circumstances. I still have not received a response. When did you send your email and how soon did they reply back? Also, did you receive a confirmation email that your appeal letter was successfully submitted? Thanks!
Can you please let me know the email you used to send the letter. The one my daughter used sent auto reply that the email is not monitored. Thanks.
it is best to email your admissions counselors for your area. I did not receive a confirmation but another person reached out after and asked me to send them the appeal so they could redirect it for me.
find your admissions counselor for your school/county on their website
Thank you.
I desperately hope USC takes more off of appeal this year. I know several schools who called my friends and told them that they got in after flat-out rejecting them (UIUC, UT Austin, Washu)
Hopefully USC yield is way lower.
strangeā¦even after rejection too one can get In? My daughter is ED 2 waitlist for NYU sternā¦
Kindly ignore⦠posted wrongly hereā¦about Waitlist⦠but read about college approached after rejection which is surprising

If you are accepted on May 8 from the appeal, how long do you have to decide? Like is there a date you must put down a deposit by?
Do appeals only come out on May 8th? Or can they come out earlier?
Last year they only came out on the date allotted. So I would assume May 8th is pretty set in stone? Itās hard to be for sure though so we just have to wait
On my USC Applicant Portal in the top right corner thereās a box that says:
āRegistration for Trojan Transfer Plan Counseling will begin in May. You will be notified by email when registration is open. You will return to the portal to register.ā
I donāt remember that box ever being there before, and I am not a legacy applicant, and was initially denied (never offered TTP) before I submitted an appeal letter. Does anyone else who appealed have this box?
@WCWSM52 I do not have this box. It might be a sign you received the transfer plan?
I donāt have it either. Itās a good sign though!
Where do you see that box about TTP? On the original decision letter page at the top, when you click āapply,ā does anyone now have categories that say coronavirus, apply, contact, FAQ and ADMITTED?? I donāt remember that being there.
@COmama24 On the USC Applicant Portal right after you log in, where it shows status updates and uploaded materials, in the top right corner right below the student name, there is a rectangular info box with the TTP verbiage in it. I think itās new. If others donāt have it, Iām thinking maybe it means Iām getting a TTP offer and I guess I should be happy about that, but I would obviously much prefer fall or spring admit.
Yes, on the original decision letter, I also have āapplyā and then the same categories you mentioned.
