@hmmnotsure1 Hi. We are in the same boat. DD is OOS COFA Studio Art and it’s silence of the lambs here.
I am hoping that they are really just taking their time to really look at portfolios and get a full picture of each candidate.
I just wish UT had managed expectations or at the very least could issue communications to ease everyone’s anxiety.
THAT to me is the easiest thing - to send an email explaining what is going on and what to expect.
The silence as they say is deafening…

She’s applied for Design and Creative Technology (or SDCT within COFA)
within COFA, it appears varying info (according to each school website):
Music - hears by 1/30
Theatre - No info, just audition by 1/15
SDCT - like i said before, “freshman likely by March 1”

Guys, if UT Austin process is like this, imagine the forum in Ivy League schools, they must go mad over there.
i just called them to ask for times and got nothing. all they told me was my decision (for moody) is definitely coming out today

Yes (if it says you have been accepted into that in your Portal), congrats! My daughter just got in with Friday’s wave. At UT, for the first two years, students are classified as “entry level” in their program.
