How sure are we that there is going to be a wave tomorrow?
The only people who can be sure work in the admissions office. 
Based upon C/O 24 admissions forum, there was a wave that was admitted during this time last year. Also, the unofficial UT admissions blog listed that based upon past years admissions, tomorrow could be a strong possibility for a wave of admits. I will be keeping my fingers crossed.
@scrunchies No. My OOS daughter was accepted into McCombs in the first wave in December and then not into CBHP until late February.
