This is such a long shot, but I applied Theatre and Dance and today received an email from Acceptd that my application needed attention because I had been moved to the Callback stage. Obviously I’m excited, but when I went to check on my application it just asked me to resubmit. I know UT hasn’t been using Acceptd for long (usually, the majority of auditions happen in-person), but it still worries me. Should I email the admissions office? Just sit on it? Anyone else having a similar experience?
Have you submit introductory video and audition videos? Normally auditions happen in January but this year they may try to do via on line video as much as possible.
Yes, this year you had to submit your audition videos with your regular application by Dec 1.
Callbacks normally would mean you passed the big hurdle of first round and should be scheduling auditions, just in case if it was a glitch on UT side I agree it is best to contact admission.
My in-state son who applied to McCombs has a different message: Your application is still being considered for admission to your requested major.
I think we ALL deserve that “STILL.”
At this point, he JUST WANTS TO KNOW.

Does everyone have access to MyUT and other links by clicking on “UT Direct”->Popular student Links-> MyUT? I am not sure if I tried to access it before, but I can now see a whole bunch of links (academics, financial info, my class schedule etc…). It may be the same for everyone, just curious why they will give access to all the links if a student is not admitted yet.

Mine still say 3 things and i paid the $50
My mom’s friend’s son’s best friend (whew😄) received acceptance yesterday. The wait is hard, but hearing others get accepted makes the wait more stressful.

Mine also has consistently said three things, and I’ve completed all three
I can see those extra links in my daughter’s portal. I don’t think it means anything. But then again, I’m trying not to read too much into anything. 
I see those links too. Also, when I click “Current Students” it opens another tab and my daughters name is in top right corner. Is this same for everyone?
Where do you see “Current Students?” I don’t see it anywhere on the MyUT Portal
Click on the little house button at the top of your status page. On the new pages that shows up, scroll down and you will see the popular student links.
We are out of state and guessing my son wont be accepted (who knows, really) and we see it so probably all applicants can.

Well, possible false alarm…it’s on main page of UT site. Top left. When I click it, it is requiring me to log in my daughter. Once logged in, it has tabs like Personal Info that have my daughters info completed. It just appears to have tabs that are specific to current students and seemed odd to be open to all prospective students.

Totally agree that it is unusual - no other college has that much info plugged in to the main college system on just an applicant. Then again, maybe it all autopopulates? Love to believe it means something but with just 8% of OOS accepted, I’m guessing unlikely (or at least trying not to let it get hopes up!)
