OOS, nothing. Doubt I’m getting in tho.
Ya I’m tired of waiting now.
sigh
should someone call and ask when the next wave might be?
Don’t expect a clear answer. The admission officers are all politicians
Come on guys! Today is only Thursday…and it is not 7pm yet…and…
if a small wave does happen, it will be tomorrow if anything
@gigmayf and @hl2020 Here is the undergrad list for business schools. UT is tied for 5th and this doesn’t even take CBHP into consideration.
https://www.usnews.com/best-colleges/rankings/business-overall
I need to stop looking at mystatus or I am going to tank my 12th grade…
Why isn’t CBHP included in the US News rankings? They aren’t part of McCombs?
CBHP is in McCombs
What’s the name of the subreddit for admissions? I can only find the general UTAustin one and the now defunct UTAustinAdmissions
TIA!!!
UTAustinAdmissions2
@tristatecoog and @FrisHIGH2021 They are, but the rankings are for universities as a whole and their respective undergraduate school as a whole, not for honors programs inside universities. The point was that many people feel that when you look at CBHP alone, they feel that program is actually better or at least comparable to Wharton.
Sorry for the confusion!
The only difference I see is I do not see transcript being reviewed anymore.
this is a bit off topic, but I wanted some input about plan 2! i got accepted last nov. to plan 2 along with psychology and I’m really excited, but also scared that plan 2 would be too much along with my pre-med reqs and psych major. Do you guys think plan 2 is too big of an opportunity to pass? It seems so interesting and something I would enjoy but I dont want to screw up my pre med gpa
Picture this…I’m patiently waiting for 6 pm to roll around (I live on the east coast so that means 5 CT), I click on my bookmark to the UT Austin portal but it takes a minute to load. I sit there, thinking I may actually receive my decision today after all of the waiting for the last three months. The page continues to load, longer than I’ve ever seen. “This is the day,” I think. My brain becomes filled with excitement and anticipation. The screen finally becomes clear to the portal. I gaze my eyes all over it, a mile a minute, looking for that “Congratulations!” to appear…
Only to find “Your application for admission is in review.”
Ok but seriously, who else is tired of the waiting
Another question might be, who is not tired of waiting?
Should have added this piece in the application essay…
