Finally the looong wait is over!! My kid just got into first choice major today. Austin area school, 2 other kids got into CS before holidays.

for those with bad data, i’d say don’t stress!! there were people today with bad data who got accepted to the university with their major of choice! it’ll come when it comes!! I wish you all the very best of luck!!

They were accepted despite it still showing Bad Data?
I do have access to it. Non auto applied to Environmental Science.
My stats aren’t bad but they aren’t great. 1450, 3.8 UW. Good ECs, and good essays

Yeah some people didn’t get the change until an hour before
yeah i think so, i heard it changed from bad data to being able to have access like 10 minutes before the acceptances went out

Keep hope everyone! Everything is delayed this year due to covid. I was auto, had the bad data, and had completely lost hope, but got into McCombs today, even though most waves had come much earlier in the past few years. In my opinion, most acceptances are still going to come in the next few weeks! Don’t lose hope! Good luck all!

My son is still waiting here. Just have to be patient at this point. UT was first school applied to but have received acceptances (and rejections) from others applied to later but understandable competitive.
Son is not an auto-admit, in-state.
Class Rank: top 6.5% (64th out of less than a 1000)
UW GPA: 3.94
AP Subject Tests: 8 (5 completed w/3 more planned - 4s/5s with one 3)
Test Optional / No SAT or ACT submitted

ECs: Very Good and diverse (Art competitions, 4 year athletics, community svc, etc)

Did anyone from priority auto-admit mechanical engineering hear back? I applied on 9/14/20, I am in 1.5% of my class, 1510 SAT (790 math 720 rw), but I didn’t hear back today. I am getting very nervous. Anyone have an idea of what’s going on in my case or just in general??? Please help. I feel like dying.
