Looking like a reject or defer for me. Hoping defer because I had really good s1 grades that I want considered.
I’m still unclear as to if UT even does deferrals. I’ve heard they do but in very rare circumstances. I know they no longer waitlist though.

as a texas resident you can only be deferred, not rejected. OOS is different
