Not sure if this info helps at all, but my d was just very recently invited to apply and her deadline for essay and resume was just this week (1/12). So if some applicants were JUST submitting yesterday, maybe an explanation for delays for you? Good luck!

Yep, Your daughter was probably was of the final few to have to submit. Congrats to her for even being initially considered for a scholarship like this! Iā€™m assuming next week results will be shared.

FWIW one of them had a ā€œchance meā€ post several weeks back and is in state but not auto admit. The other seems like it might be a transfer. Iā€™d be inclined to say they are real but I donā€™t know for sure.

" Update #4, January 13, 2024: A small batch of decisions have gone out over the past few days. Still, the admissions offers so far are a small fraction of the eventual total. This cycle seems similar to the previous one where most applicants are likely to hear back at the end of January."

While releasing decisions like this is extremely insensitive as it is a time of high stress for high school seniors, I want to make it clear that just because you havenā€™t found out yet does not mean anything the majority of people get at the end of January. Even top students! I know itā€™s stressful, though, and they should realize to either release at once or roll, not both!!
