I just really liked McCombs when I toured. Don’t really have a huge chance though.

Anyone know competitiveness of COLA? 1st major is government, 2nd is psychology. Also OOS so UT in general is a reach regardless of major.

Do yall think UT will consider section scores for SAT or ACT, Im applying for history and both my math section scores arent great but my english and reading scores are pretty good
I think so, but they will expect good scores all around since it is UT

Yea, I’m a McCombs applicant too. I’m in Dallas and nearly everyone from my school applies to UT, so I’ve seen great kids get rejected. It’s scary

In years past, Feb 1 was all rejections.
There’s too many people waiting for their decision for it to all be CAP/rejections
That’s impossible this year. The pre-Jan groups have been so small this year compared to normal they have not filled most of their class yet i’m confident.
But this time it wouldn’t be bc there are auto admits still waiting.
What the auto-admits who have not yet gotten their majors ?

Admissions IG wouldn’t have posted yesterday to capture your admissions reaction if it was all CAPS/rejections. Unless they are sadists.

Anyone else apply physics? Pretty sure UT Austin physics is competitive so not too many expectations but still holding out hope

the window for today is most likely closed. Usually UT doesn’t do wednesday decisions so thursday is guarenteed i would say
