Yea to be honest I don’t have any hope for tn just bc it’s the night before and I will like knowing UT they will wait until tmmr
I feel like my dog who has watched me get my shoes on and NOT take him for a walk a few times too many and now he doesn’t get up anymore. I’m the neglected dog who’s not refreshing the portal anymore.

I went back to last years thread and it seemed like decisions came on 1/30 on a Monday night. So maybe?
That’s why we thought it would be yesterday. They have never done 1/31 before.
My Routine for the past few days:
Wake up => Check this group chat =>Check Reddit => Go to school => Check this group chat while in school and Reddit => Get home at 5 => Check UT portal at 5 => Check again at 6 => check again at 8 => check last time at 9 => Go to bed => repeat again

did you mean your daughter got email at that time or this is when portal changed?
Email. For those hitting refresh in the portal, my 2025 child had the $200 deposit for acceptance of admission to Texas show up about 10 minutes before his acceptance. I think this was in the 6-7 pm range as well. If you haven’t gotten your acceptance but you see that deposit, you will be accepted (because of course why would Texas want a deposit from someone not granted admission). Good luck everyone!
