not necessarily the date in the corner means nothing. Once you’re accepted your portal will always look like that. Meaning that he could’ve gotten in in December and just took a pic of his portal today

When someone gets the congrats my status it adds the tabs housing, next steps, financial aid. This one just has admissions, documents, honors.
