Ha! That makes me feel better. Thx!
yes - I wonder if it was accurate last year
I’m hoping it wasn’t. Sorry to stir the pot on this thread. This is an anxiety-ridden week!
i don’t see any of that in my inspect element at all…has anyone done is on a mac on chrome that can help?
I can’t figure out how to do it on a mac
On safari
Method 1 – Using Safari Inspect Element
Follow the steps below to Inspect Element on macOS using Safari:
Step 1. To enable the Developer Menu open the Safari browser and click Safari > Settings.
Step 2. Click on Advanced. Check the Show Develop menu in Menu bar checkbox. Doing this also allows you to Inspect Elements on iPhones by connecting them.
Step 3. The Inspect Element Safari feature is now enabled. To cross-check, one can open any URL in Safari and right-click the mouse button to check if the option is enabled.
After you do this hold don’t control and click the mousepad
here are some of the links I see in my code that I hope indicate acceptance:
“Accepted Students (Class of 2029) | Wake Forest University”
“Incoming Students | Office of Residence Life and Housing | Wake Forest University”
“Incoming Families (P'29) | Parents & Families | Wake Forest University”
“You + Wake Forest | Accepted Students (Class of 2029) | Wake Forest University”
there’s also a major specific one so i’d recommend searching for any of these links or for your major. e.g. my link is
“https://anthropology.wfu.edu”
hope this helps and actually means something!
Hello! We see the same links. Wonder if it means anything.
Will decisions be released this Friday?
Did you search for accept or reject? If so, did you have one or both?
I see both - 3 “accepted” with links to various admitted students pages near the top, and 4 “reject” half way down the page (coded as: reject==“function”, no associated links). not sure what any of it means
I think it must mean something bc we don’t have those links.
I don’t see any of that in my page source, going back to the original siteimprovement isn’t even there
I put keywords from the links some others above mentioned seeing and they don’t come up. I give up! Driving myself crazy!
are you copying the https://siteimproveanalytics.com link into a new tab in your browser, and searching that?
I have the same under the siteimprove search
who knows what it means?
Did you open up the siteimprovement thing into a new tab?
We don’t even have “siteimprovement,” lol! Where are you clicking on the portal? When I do “inspect” on my Mac it only shows me code for whichever portion of the existing portal you are on in that moment.
Wait, nevermind. It’s just an issue of using Chrome. I’m no coder. I think this stuff is above my Mom Brain capabilities and I’ll just have to wait!
