I saw something from 20ish years ago saying there were 70+ finalists. I haven’t been able to locate anything more recent.

And they have been reorganizing their programs in recent years, so information could get stale fast.

C’est la vie.

By the way, as I understand it, they should put something in the portals eventually for all the applicants to the Signature Scholarships telling them those programs are closed. Again I am not sure about the Academic Scholarships, though, since you didn’t have to apply separately for those.

It seems pretty quiet so far in the usual places people post this sort of news, and in fact the only posts I have personally seen are the ones here, which I believe are all Ervin so far.

Of course that isn’t definitive, but I am wondering if maybe they will be staggered this year over at least tomorrow too.

Edit: By the way, in the interests of potentially helping future people looking back on this cycle, for the record it appears the first calls this year went out on February 18, the Sunday before Presidents’ Day.

I’m seeing on other sites and discord that some got calls for Ampersand from the Dean himself and others got calls for Danforth and Rodriguez.

yeah it was around 2pm EST for me as well! i was actually hoping for a call from UPS which is the only reason i picked up the unknown number, so i’m glad i happened to lol

My son got the call yesterday and they explicitly told him that he was admitted, so I think yes.

In the past, those have arrived around 430pm CST on President’s Day.
