On the 25th i mean. http://www.wesleyan.edu/admission/applying/requirements.html
How many people were and will be received an early write huhu omg checking mails like crazy :((
Does anyone know what percentage of RD admissions receive early write/acceptances? Trying to get a sense of whether there’s a pretty drastically reduced likelihood of acceptance if no early write…?
Did those accepted early write get an invitation to a diversity weekend or any such?
@snow30 My son was invited for an event, but the title did not seem to target minorities.

When is WesFest? (Can’t see the dates on the website-only the schedule–which seems odd.)
WesFest is April 13-15, according to my acceptance letter @PNWedwonk.
Thank you @frenchtoastlover !
No worries @PNWedwonk. Happy to help
So I submitted my ACT to Wesleyan, and I realize its far below their average (28 composite, 29 superscore). Since Wesleyan is test-optional, will this hurt me too bad? I feel everything else on my application is good (good essays, EC’s, recommendations, etc)
@Obrigadaa at this point, I don’t think it will make a difference. Decisions come out in three days, so I’d imagine they’ve already made almost all of their decisions. A 28 on the ACT is not going to move you from the accept pool to the reject pool or vice versa, especially at a test-optional school.
Anyone know what Wesleyan looks for in an applicant? Heard they aren’t too demanding as far as stats go…
@Obrigadaa I don’t think this can be generalized to all students, but the impression I got from my visit and talking to students is that many are really passionate about social justice. Can’t speak to the stats aspect, though it is definitely not an easy school to get into.
When and how are decisions being released?
@YungGod47 On March 25th 3:00PM EST you will get an email telling you to check your portal.
How is Wesleyan with financial aid for internationals? Are they generous?
