Since we have the “annoying” threads, it thought it’d be fun to do a favorite one.

Mine is the college tour walk outs one. Just find them entertaining. Plus, I can relate.

I love the stupidest reasons your child won’t consider a particular school thread.

“Say it here,” without a doubt. I visit daily and post often.

I love when a seemingly innocent thread goes viral - usually these concern roommates or other social issues.

The book club threads. I love the way by discussing a book for a week or two you can really be thoughtful. And the participants always find the best links.

I am always moved (I can’t say that I “love” them) by the threads seeking support, advice, etc for a loved one who is struggling in some way. The outpouring of kind, informative, and candid responses is a shining example of the all-around goodness of this community and people in general.

I just love how people can ask about ANYTHING - weddings, trips to Europe, symptoms - and get multiple, helpful answers almost instantaneously. :slight_smile:

Any thread with hope, happiness, and inspiration. There’s way too much misery on CC.

Most touching and helpful: parents caring for parents.

I like the “this school or that school or that other school?” threads that pop up this time of year. (I started following CC about a year and a half ago when oldest was a hs senior. I stopped paying attention once she chose her school. Now I’m popping in during the busy choosing month… thinking ahead to my next 2 kids and trying to have some more ideas of what other options for them are like.)
