Son was interested in a liberal arts experience while continuing with film. He’s deciding between Tulane, St Olaf and Kenyon, with a waitlist at Vassar.

Daughter accepted to Emerson, Syracuse (Newhouse), Arizona, Columbia College, Quinnipiac and 5 others. Visited most and had in-depth conversations with all. At end of the day, DePaul was the clear choice. The school and program have everything she wants. And have heard back from many alumni after her decision about how great the program and Chicago are. Very excited.

Everyone is probably starting to submit the early film applications or finalizing the rest. Good luck everyone! Circle back and let us know where your kids applied for film when the apps are in.
Don’t forget to have them still submit to Scholastic Art & Writing Awards this year. Although the results come in late, you can still follow up with schools with any regional keys and nominations for medals. Students should check for your region’s submission cut offs now if they haven’t done so already.
