If you can pick any college without worrying about acceptance or COA, which one would you pick and why?
For whom?
Different colleges are suitable for different people.
For myself, knowing what I know now, I would pick William and Mary. I loved the place when I visited it with my daughter (who didn’t like it), and it would have been an excellent fit for me. The actual college I attended long ago was very different, though, and at the time, I didn’t even know that W&M existed (probably because I lived in Connecticut).
But W&M would be a terrible fit for many other people for a wide variety of reasons.
