The news doesn’t talk about the mental status of this person. That is a concern to me. She should be evaluated. Sane people don’t walk into a lions den at a zoo then try to provoke them.
Sadly, not a unique occurrence. There have been many (too many) instances of people doing obviously illegal acts while bystanders look on and simply capture the moment on their phones. e.g.
