Is it a 5pm release? Or later
Good luck everyone! And remember that according to the numbers, even after tonight if there is a release, we will only be about halfway through the acceptances.
As a side note, I am getting text messages like crazy from parents on the ED elite school decisions this year. Of the 10 kids I was watching for, NINE got in and one was deferred!
@Massmom72 Last year they would start to roll out around 4 or 5 and continue until 10ish.
Please post it if anyone gets the decision today. Thanks!
decisions are out. I haven’t heard but 3 people I know just got deferred
Do results come out all at once? I thought they came out in waves
I keep hearing of deferrals today. Could acceptances be coming later tonight or next wave?
always bad news roll out in December
Others have stated in this thread that deferrals are usually released first starting at 3:30ish, then accepted decisions follow later in the evening.
do you know what time acceptances usually start getting released?
I do not, but hopefully everyone will post here with their stats so we know. Good luck!
Portal says “we regret to inform you have not received admission to Ohio state. More details to follow in email” - is that a flat out denial?
Finalthree, Sadly, I would think so… My son was just deferred and it said “you have been deferred for future consideration”… OOS 3.5 gpa 1310 SAT
I don’t think that they will release any decisions on Dec 27 and Jan 3 because of holidays
My son just got deferred! 3.3 GPA and 1400 SAT
did rejections come out with deferrals?
Ours still says Evaluation…frustrating. We would like to know so we know if we should plan a visit out there from CA. I feel like my son would love it.
Eh no biggie. We are out of state and it was her reach school with her stats. Being a Notre Dame grad myself I am thrilled at the denial. Good luck to all!
Finalthree & Betsye143: don’t feel discouraged, there are many good colleges to get into.
@Finalthree I’m sorry you didn’t receive the response you were looking for. I hate the saying “blessing in disguise” but I have found when it comes to college decisions it is true. You will find the perfect fit.
