Admissions Discussion/Decisions - Class of 2024

I read it somewhere, only 1200 out of 5000 decide to wait for the final round. I guess others like your son, with such good stats, choose other schools. For deferrals, even if you can get in eventually, you may not have any scholarships and financial aids. For some, this may not be a problem.

Where did you get your numbers? from their Common Data Set, it says only 117 out of 1200 were admitted off the ‘waitlist’.

is there only one wave left after today or are there more?

Still haven’t received my decision.

35 ACT, 4.0 UW GPA, In-State
Any insight as to why they’re still reviewing my application? I’m going crazy.

What is the major you applied for? I think your higher GPA helps…I know a lot that didn’t get in last year w a 27 ACT but they had lower GPA’s.

do any of the people accepted know the times they were

Spoke too soon! Got my acceptance at 7:30. My major is Public Management, Leadership, and Policy

I would recommend that you are looking at other good alternatives, not only to have admission, but also to have a good financial package.
