My D also applied EA and was deferred end of January. She received an email on Friday that she was accepted.
I was deferred in January, but then I got accepted last Friday by checking the portal and it said acceptance
As of yesterday, my S20 has not received any housing email. He should be among the first as he was accepted in the first round and sent his deposit in the day he got the email.
Even though COVID-19 has put a halt to everything, does anyone know if I will be reconsidered for scholarships if I take the ACT sometime soon and improve my score? Or are all merit scholarships over and done with for sure…?
A couple of people here have reported calling and being told all merit money has been distributed.
My Son finally heard today. Admitted in state. Only 24 ACT but good GPA, lots of leadership and EC. So exciting. Maybe something good came from Corona Virus for us. We’ll take it! Go Bucks!

We are a nervous wreck. My son is still deferred although he hasn’t checked today. He has 32 ACT, 3.9W, some EC, major is economics.
Anyone have any advice to calm him down?? He is desperate to hear and to get in.
We thought with 32 ACT he would have heard by now.
27 and 4.0 W, many EC’s, leadership…business major…deferred and still waiting. ? between this and potentially missing the rest of senior year my daughter is really stressed.
@realhousewifeOH I feel for people still waiting to hear…with everything else spinning out of control I truly hope everyone gets good news from at least one of their top schools soon!

I think you said your son was admitted in the first wave back in November and you paid the $100 enrollment fee ASAP. Just wondering if he received his housing email yet (since he will be in the first batch to receive it)? Think they said mid-March for those at the top of the list, but I completely realize everything may be behind schedule this year!
