If you click on it it is the plaza with the flag challenge that none of them knew what to do. Don’t know why it didn’t load like the others. Not sure if it was the exact plaza as the plazas (and flags) were all over the place, but this one was across the road from the rocking horses.
We ate in a restaurant that was just up the hill, and the hills were quite steep so I could see where the teams struggled lugging the horses, but I didn’t see a street where the bro and sis got their car wedged into the dead end.
Didn’t look for Dick and LIz’s lovers’ bridge. There was a lot of traffic in the boardwalk area. There were 3-4 cruise ships in the port
I actually liked Danny and Angie and thought they could win based on Danny’s strengths and their support of each other. Yes, physical strength comes into play but sometimes brains beats brawn and I would have loved to see them win.
I love the married couple as well (Rod & Leticia?). And I still like Cesar & Ricky. I think they had some adversity during the last episode and they easily worked through it. I’m ok with any of them winning, except the bickersons - I can’t stand him (Vinny). Every time he opens his mouth I cringe.
I love how Rod and Leticia get along----no disrespecting of the other when things get tight. A former pro athlete showing he can be competitive yet still be non-abusive. A breath of fresh air when we hear so much about misbehaving athletes.
This season is so boring!!! I get that this is a covid season, but without u-turns, booking one own’s transportation, and challenging road blocks, I feel like this season is a complete bust.
Having said that, I’m still watching, and I’m team Rod & Leticia! I love how supportive of each other they are, and think they’ve run a solid race so far.
I thought something Vinny said was very interesting. He said he didn’t really do sports but played a lot of video games. And it occurred to me he talks to Amber like he’s playing a video game and he’s holding the controller and yelling at the screen. Also they really should have gotten a penalty for breaking that tree. I still like Ricky and Cesar and am amazed at how good they are at the random and not very inspiring challenges and road blocks.
Loved this episode - gotta say, when Vinny broke the tree I thought, that’s so like him! Disrespectful all around. Those trees and the cacao are someone’s livelihood! He should’ve been penalized for climbing them, let alone breaking one! Unreal. They better not be the winners is all I can say!
Ugh amber and Vinny. Whatever kool aid they have drunk, (religious or otherwise) it’s disturbing. It is clear he has the upper hand and is controlling and she allows it to happen. Like it’s their belief for him to lead and her to follow his lead - and every word he says. Ugh.
Are they trying to foreshadow that the boyfriends could stumble and lose their first place status? Lots of conversation by Phil there at the end to suggest that
How sweet the dating girls are together and had a baby! THATS Amazing!!
Super happy to see who won but i was hoping that the third place duo would’ve taken it–loved them so much. Tried to write this without sharing any spoilers ; )
I think it’s hard to comment and not have spoilers. I’ve been avoiding this thread until after I watch each episode. But to be slightly vague - I was also happy with who won. I think the 3rd place team will do ok without the $ - check out their Instagram. Eyeroll at the 4th place team’s elimination stunt. Ugh.
I thought the general consensus was that it was okay to talk about the episode after it aired. If someone hasn’t watched it yet, they should avoid this thread.
yeah, it’s not even about the money–for sure they did NOT need the money lol…i just loved them and wanted them to win. but overall happy with the final three and good look to the 4th place pair and their future life ha ha ha
Do you not want any results until after the show airs on the west coast? After it airs in Hawaii? I think it is fair game to discuss the show and post results the following day. crknwk2000 posted 15 hours after was over in Hawaii.
