Fingers crossed for her! :crossed_fingers: :crossed_fingers: :crossed_fingers:

Any word?

ED1 decisions were released a couple of hours ago.

If you applied ED and have not heard is that bad?

Which plan? If your student applied under ED1, they would’ve heard today. If they applied ED2 they won’t hear until January.

Ed1

Never mind he got in

Congrats to all who got into ED1! I know EA was new for AU, does anyone know when they will be releasing decisions for EA?

We attended a financial aid panel last week, and they said all they could promise for EA was that it would be before January 31.

In January, alongside ED2 decisions.

Their website has ED2 coming out later than EA (that said I wouldn’t be at all surprised if opposite didn’t happen in real world). Did they announce something else?

I’ve heard conflicting info. Some have said both will be the same day, but the website says different. This is the first year AU is doing EA so I’m not surprised the info is getting mixed up.

Thanks for looping back - totally makes sense. 25 is applying to 2 schools that have new EAs and it is soo nerve wracking:)

Did anyone else get a request for senior year progress grades? We are not sure if this is a good sign or a bad sign.

Under what admissions plan? (ED1, ED2, EA)

We just did. EA. I’m not sure what to make of it either. My son has 4.0 UW/32 ACT so I didn’t think they’d need more academic information after a review?!

Son applied EA.

These are pretty normal. I wouldn’t take it as a bad/good sign. AU has done this in the past for ED2 plans, and since this is the first year of EA, it makes sense they’re adding it. I wouldn’t stress about it.
