just logged into DD portal and it appears that her application has changed from early action to regular decision. any other EA folks see this?

We checked and son’s portal still says early action.

If she doesn’t receive a decision today, have her call the admissions office tomorrow to see what’s going on.

My kids still says EA and looks no different than yesterday overall

Does anyone else have a blank page when they click on their decision for a Special Program (in son’s case AU Honors)?

Us as well. But we got the special program acceptance as part of the main decision letter ( in 2nd or 3 rd paragraph)

If she’s very interested in AU, have her send her admissions officer a letter of continued interest, and have her continue to show other ways of demonstrated interest!

This is based on feedback from previous years and other mods. It makes it easier for future applicants to see past decisions if they’re all compiled in one thread–especially when existing threads are long and contain year-specific discussion like this one.

Son accepted for international affairs—4.25 wgpa, 33 ACT, varsity tennis four years and lots of community service. Admitted to Honors Program. Scholarship offer is less than what he has received at higher-ranked schools, which is disappointing. Congrats to all others who were admitted and best of luck to those deferred and still looking for a good spot to land.

Sorry - moderating can be a thankless task. I actually rethought what I wrote mid sentence and went to erase it and it got posted instead. :sweat_smile: There’s a lesson in there somewhere.
