Yeah, I was like she looks older than my mother. And she looks older than 59 - her real age.
Too much tanning man.
Yes I thought 45 was a stretch. And to some of these players 45 is still ancient!!!
And other face and body work.
Yep, my first impression was - oh she has had some plastic surgery - not a good look in my opinion
Gotta give it to Sol for keeping it cool (or at least so edited). Question now is if he will work with Rome. Will be interesting to see how Genevieve and Teenie move forward. Teenieās 2 biggest allies gone, and she also seems sick of Rome.
There is interesting potential for turmoil in the other 2 tribes. This has become an interesting and more watchable season than the last 2 Seasons.
@deb922 have you continued watching??
I have not. I guess I was a one and done watcher
Fun chaotic episode!
Andy = Emily 2.0
Finally caught up on the last few episodes. So interesting that Rome stayed and Kishan went, due to his targetting of Genevive. Glad to see that different teams are winning immunity each week and none have been completely dominant.
How about that reward of hot dogs and buns but literally nothing else?!! No ketchup? No chips? A cold beer or Coke?? The budget must be tight this year! And it seemed there was just one hot dog each???
I think Iām rooting for Sol. Iām finding him very admirable and funny.
I also like the thin country guy - Kyle? Heās very quietly competent. Iām not sure heās playing a great social game.
I read some funny commentary about Sue that sheās becoming a fan favorite because sheās very campy with the look and her comments. Sheās a character. I appreciate that sheās an older lady who is not out there taking the mom role.
I kind of like Sam. I feel like heās one of those players where you can see how being hungry really affects his game. He was much more easygoing the first two episodes.
Andy seems a little unbalanced to me and makes me uncomfortable. I would not want to be in charge of his moods on a tiny island.
Good to see this weekās blindside.
Rome was so oblivious to what was happening, a true blindside. I also think Genevieve is looking smart at this point. She got Sol and Rome to work together and she was the only one really looking for the advantage.
It was a fun episode. Rome was SO overconfident!!
I havenāt watched all the episodes, but Rome seemed obnoxious in one of the past episodes, so Iām happy to see him gone.
What was the deal with Annika? The Gata tribe (and especially Andy) seemed delighted that they got rid of her. Was she worse than Rome?
I think with the shorter seasons, and more food ( so people are not sleeping all day) they are probably not needing to fuel them as much during rewards. Look at the one tribe who gave back the chickens? Never would have seen that prior to 2020 episodes.
I was thinking that maybe they had him blah blah blah a whole lot and edited the more ānormalā parts out. After all, he took the blindside in much better humor than Annika did. But yeah, it was definitely time for him to go.
The chickens werenāt giving any eggs and one of the tribemates did not want to kill them. Would they merged tribe been able to keep the chickens?
Rome was overconfident but certainly some it was the edit. I liked how he said he brought the entertainment. In an interview I read he made it sound like Kyle said some not appropriate things about Sue and Carolyn (I think??) which he said everyone knew? Will be interesting to see where that might go.
He was chaotic but fun to watch.
Nice turn around/revenge for Sol. I wonder if Andy will start going off the rails and how/if Sam and Sierra will try to keep him in their fold.
What will be interesting is that there is tension among the prior tribe groups with several blindsides that upset alliances. Maybe there will be less voting along former tribe lines and more cross tribe alliances.
