Ozzie needed Cirie with him to keep him from doing something stupid. I was sad to see him go, but happy to see Emily go. I was very nervous for Cirie.
I thought last night’s episode showed how Jonathan and Joe thought they had Rizo (probably from when Coach approached him to join their group). Rizo didn’t let it be known that he was working with Ozzy and Cirie. I like the fact that they showed him admitting that he was playing his own game and not doing Cirie’s bidding.
During last week’s live tribal, Rizo was nowhere near Cirie. He was strategizing with Joe & Jonathan.
I think Ozzie was more strategic this season - until day 21. I COULD NOT see the point in spilling the beans to Aubrey! I am sad to see Ozzy go. There was a lot about him to like this season.
I am getting worried that Jonathan can pull off a win. I will hugely dislike if that is what this epic season comes down to.
Ozzie truly felt that he wanted to go to the end with Cirie, not sure Cirie felt the same. She says I want him here, but without the idol. I think she was using him as a shield. Hope, she is doing the same with Rizzo. I want him and his idol gone!
Sometimes I realize who I DON’T want to go when I’m worried they might go while watching- Rizzo falls in that category for me. I’d rather he win over Jonathan, Joe.
Cirie is going to be shocked when she learns that Ozzy didn’t play his idol.
Do you think that Emily really thought Rick would play his idol on her? Silly girl.
I think she is using Rizo as an informer/spy as opposed to a shield. I think he is the “rat” that Cirie is talking about. After last week, she realizes that Rizo has game play and isn’t going to follow her blindly. She tells Jonathan that she “knows everything.” Rizo is the one going back and forth between Jonathan and Cirie.
Rizo was so sick at the beginning that no one viewed him as a threat. Other than having an idol, I think these over confident former players figure he is a young kid who doesn’t know what he is doing. If he makes it to the end, I would love to see him pitching his game vs someone like Joe or Jonathan.

Joe seems clueless to me.
I think Joe’s first season and the Eva circumstances was made for Joe - it is how he got his Survivor 50-worthy status. He is a “by the book” guy. On most any season he might be a nothing burger - but on his season - the circumstances made him shine (or at least over other contestants).
His physical strength and skill is his real advantage.
Sure, physical strength. But he’s doesn’t seem capable of the “outsmart” part of a Survivor winner. (IMHO of course.)

I saw an interview with Ozzie where he said Rizo makes good confessionals and is good at tribal but otherwise doesn’t do anything but sit around. I do like the challenge threats and the players who seem to work hard around camp.
Not a big Rizzo fan. Even on the show, they have indicated he does pretty much nothing. He is not perceived as a threat, but also not as someone in charge.
I don’t know where you are reading the boot order. What I’ve seen has been accurate until this past week.
Sad to see Cire go, but I agree she would win any final 3 vote. I think at this point we are stuck with Rizzo at final 3, because people all think they can beat him.

What has Rizo done? Has he won any challenges? No, and in fact, he’s usually among the first out. Does he fish, light fires, or do anything else useful around camp? I’ve never seen him do much of anything.
The only reason he’s going to make the final three is that no one views him as a threat, and they also think the jury won’t vote for him..

I was sad to see Devens go, and devastated to see Cirie go. I had been warming up to Rizo but now I dislike him again. He really does nothing but flip and say he is going to play his idol and then not play it. If he goes to the final I predict he doesn’t get any votes. I think Joe and Rizo are both good people to be sitting next to at the finale.
