I saw on FB that EA decisions were out late last night. My daughter didnât get an email yet. Anyone?
No email here either. I was under the impression they were released on Fridays. The reference was to EA2?
Oh. Going to hope itâs a better sign to not have an email then? But yes, daughter complete for E2 so expecting something soon
Iâm in that group as well, it was a strange post because I havenât seen anyone else accepted or denied yet for EA 2 in recent weeks, just some at the end of October that may have been EA 1 deferrals or didnât have all their materials in on time.
I saw today and I think the last one came out around 5pm? Has anyone seen their GPA updated in the portal?
I donât know if they are all released yetâŠmy daughterâs portal still shows âAwaiting Decision.â No GPA posted yet. I talked with the Admission Counselor at Auburn yesterday & she confirmed everything was in for a EA2 decision, she was seeing that many peopleâs portals do NOT have a GPA until after a decision was released, she shared my daughterâs recalculated Auburn GPA with me over the phone and then said it would be released âmid-November, but not on the 15th since thatâs a Saturday, so either before then or early next week.â My bet is on today around 5pm CSTâŠsounds like others are still waiting/in the same boat?

The last decision for EA 1 came into our portal on a Friday (a week later than anticipated bc they had so many applications to go through) right at 7pm EST/ 6pm CST.
For those kids that were deferred in EA1, do you know if Auburn reviews them again on subsequent rounds before regular admission in March? If so, do they send an update each round if the earlier decision changes?
I have heard that those kids are reviewed pretty quickly after being deferred. Sounds like itâs usually before March.
Has anyone gotten their decisions for ea2 yet? I know one person that got their acceptance today but my portal still says awaiting decision.

Still awaiting decision here. No GPA yet either, and expecting to hear for EA2, was complete in time.

What do you mean by GPA? I have seen a few comments mentioning that, is it supposed to appear on your portal before the decision?
Some people think so yes. I also heard that people have been blowing up admissions about it and theres a possibility they took it off the portal. Its just a theory some people have. As of right now, not many people have their GPAs posted, just deferred ea1 kids.
In the applicant file details supposedly there is a spot where the Auburn calculated GPA should populate. Iâve read speculation that once your GPA is there your decision is imminent, or that only admits got the GPA. None of this is confirmed, and based on what is said above as per the Auburn admission counselor, perhaps the GPA was never supposed to populate until after decisions and those early ones were an error.
In the last round, GPAâs started appearing and sat there for a few days, and then on that Friday, all of the GPAâs disappears and a few hrs later the decisions came out.
