Call and ask to speak to admission counselor and don’t give your name. I did that a lot.

This is the specific language. “All deferred students will see Mid-year Transcript and Optional Supporting Statement added to their checklist in their applicant portal. We would like to see your fall senior semester grades.”
This does not clearly state that they will only review with grades.

Has anyone heard about when VIT or TALONS Days for accepted students will be open for registration?

How soon after paying the $250 acceptance will we receive the housing email? It’s been 4 days and I thought my son would have received it at this point.

The housing application doesn’t require an enrollment deposit first. When was your son accepted? That dictates when he will receive the email with his application timeslot (which will be sent to his Auburn, not personal, email address).

Congratulations to your son! May I ask what round he was deferred? My son was deferred in EA2, so I am wondering if he will hear soon.
Thank you! He was deferred EA2. For reference, his stats were:
OOS
SAT 1240
GPA 4.1
Deferred in EA 2
Retook SAT in early Dec
SAT 1330
He submitted additional letters of rec and a personal statement
Thought he would have to wait until his 1st semester transcript was submitted and wait until early March, but was pleasantly surprised to get the email last Friday with the good news.
Good luck to you son - I don’t know that there is a specific timeline at this point.

Did you provide mid semester grades?
He was prepared to but received an acceptance the Friday before his grades were posted. I think the significant bump up in his SAT was a big help for him with the deferral.

My daughter was accepted EA2 but improved her ACT score in December and should now be eligible for a scholarship. Has anyone heard about scholarships from December ACT scores yet?
I believe the improved test score needed to be received by Auburn by Jan 10 to be eligible for further scholarship consideration.
Congrats!! My daughter is in a similar boat and has a 1240 was deferred from EA2 to March but told to submit mid semester grades and any SAT scores. Her score went up to a 1280 and mid semester GPA went up to a 4.5 weighted so hopefully she’ll hear sooner than March 1st!!
Was you son deferred from the ED2 to March? If so this gives us hop she won’t have to wait until March

They were received and scores updated in her portal before 1/10, just haven’t heard about the scholarship yet. Just curious if anyone in that same situation had.
