Did you fill out the scholarship info, AUSUM? Due on 2/14. I know you mean merit, but once you submit AUSUM, the merit may automatically pop up. That’s what happened to my son last year. We did pay the enrollment fee before he submitted that app.

Not yet. When I called a few weeks ago, they said they were working on them. Last year, it seemed like TALONS Day invites went out first or second week of February.

Do the merit scholarships show up anywhere in AUSOM or AU Access? We got the letter in the mail and the letter in the admissions portal a couple of months ago but I didn’t know if we could view it anywhere else?

Yes, you should be able to see it in AU Access in the financial aid tab when they post. My daughter’s is not showing for next year yet (she’s a sophomore). First year may have to go in an accept - I can’t remember.
It is a little hard to get to. Try this Financial Aid → Financial Aid Offer → Select 25-26 for year → Award Overview. That should give you a good breakdown of Cost of Attendance, SAI, Need, and all Fin. Aid like scholarships, loans etc.
None of ours is showing for 25-26 yet except SAI.

Has anyone that was deferred from EA rounds received acceptances or heard of others?

Our son got deferred for EA2 and got an acceptance on 1/24. He sent in his mid-year grades and took the ACT in December and improved quite a bit. Seems like they release decisions on Fridays. Got his merit scholarship letter on 2/7.

Was hoping today but not sure. I called two days ago and they said “within a week.” They wouldn’t commit to a day.
