We were not given the option of virtual I2E either. We traveled from Minnesota! Honestly, we were happy to have the opportunity to be back on campus though. Anyone going this weekend or virtually, see if you can find out from an admissions counselor how many scholarships they are actually giving out?
Does anyone know what typical stats are for those invited to I2e?
Transfer for fall of 2024 and got 16k per year. Baylor said it could go up if GPA improves. We shall see.

I think it says on their website. My older daughter was invited with a 30 composite on ACT. She ended up going to A&M, but Baylor was a solid #2 choice. She also had a 3.9 GPA, 2 AP classes, lots of mission work, cheerleader.

I got an email to check my financial aid portal and as luck would have it, I received an additional $16,000 on top of the $24,000 previously awarded! I did not attend I2E or anything because the dates did not work for me.

Amazing! What was the scolarship called? Or did they just add to your merit scolarship.

I didn’t pay anything yet! I logged into my account and then clicked the financial aid tab and from there clicked on the left where it said check your (I think) Baylor bear account. You had to set up the Duo thing first.

Oh gosh, I’ll have to check, it wasn’t added under the merit that still said $24,000, it was listed under that for $16,000. I’ll have to check when I get home from my tournament.

More merit aid or more need aid?
It has Baylor Distinction Award $24,000, and underneath it says Baylor Award $16,000. It doesn’t specify if it is merit or need so I’m not sure.

I think the 16k is Initial Aid, my son got the same on Friday. The email stated to log in to see Initial Aid Summary.
