Does anyone else have missing High School transcripts on their checklist? I sent the registrar report after my HS transcripts and it’s showing up as received. Should I call Cornell to double check?
I got my checklist too, applied COE Computer Science. @theriley106 I sent my high school transcripts but they are seen as recieved. I think you should contact Cornell to double check
checklist is up… it says they are missing my academic evaluations even though it says received on the common app… does anyone else have this issue?
No, mine says received.
Does anyone else have a checklist that says documents are missing that were definitely set? I sent my academic evaluation and registrars report ages ago but it says they’re missing…
It says that the application fee is missing, but I took advantage of the Common App fee waiver (I’m on a full Pell grant).
What do I do? Anyone else had this happen?
My application checklist finally appeared, but the financial aid checklist is still missing. Where can I find it?
@OwlOfAthena I’m currently using the NACAC transfer waiver form. This is what Cornell’s website said to submit. If you are eligible for Pell grant, then just attach a copy of your SAR to the form. I’m not sure yet how to submit it.
Can I send the NCAC form, or does it have to be sent by my financial aid officer?
The student sends it.
I just don’t know if it’s by mail
@OwlOfAthena you find your financial aid to do list in your AppID account
Just got my checklist. It says waived for academic evaluation, application fee, writing supplement, despite me not meeting every single course requirement for the GTO.
It’s not listed there. Only the application checklist is. How do I find out if they are missing any financial aid paperwork? I attached an imgur screenshot of my portal, but it didn’t go through (it said the moderators would have to approve the message).
Would you please tell me what exactly I need to click to get to the financial aid checklist?
The portal only contains links to the generic fin.aid website and timeline, but has no mention of any way to check which fin.aid documents they have received.
@OwlOfAthena I think you’re confusing the application status and applicantID account.
https://admissions.cornell.edu/apply/first-year-applicants/check-application-status
When you use the link above, the first red button you see is the application status account. This only has your APPLICATION CHECKLIST, so don’t login to see if your financial aid to do list is there.
Scroll down and you will see a hyperlink that says “Log in here if you have been assigned an ApplicantID and PIN”. Click on that and login using your AppID. If you haven’t received one yet, check your email.
Once you login, look at the left hand side and you will find “Financial Aid To Do List” third from the top. Click on that and you will be able to see what the financial aid office has and doesn’t have from you. Disregard the item that says “Transfer Transcript” as that’s something only the financial aid office will handle, not you.
Note that when you try to go into the to-do-list, it won’t automatically send you there. It will either ask you to sign in using your AppID again or lead you to a website titled “Oracle Peoplesoft”. When that occurs, just exit that tab and click on “Financial Aid To Do List” again until you see the actual checklist.
Mine shows I am missing the mid-term report, however I am not required to submit one because I graduated in December and am not taking classes this semester.
My checklist shows that I’m missing academic evaluation but I submitted through my Common Application. Anyone else have this issue? What should I do?
I would contact them. That’s what I did, and they were very helpful.
Cornell is the only school for me where replies to admissions have been quick and helpful to me. Other schools take a week to respond and seem to only read half of my email.
Does anyone’s checklist show if SAT/ACT is received? I sent my SAT to Cornell but didn’t see a line for that on my checklist.
