Last year someone received it at 4pm eastern time
On this day of last year?
On the 28th (which was a Friday)
So perhaps in an hour??? Bruhhhhh
Can’t they just do it on Sunday 28th then? Or is it usually the Friday before
The person said last year the email is always sent on a Friday, and the acceptance is on the following Monday.
They can always change things up tho
I posted about my son from last year’s waitlist. The CAS cycle historically has been email on Friday around 4pm asking about continued interest followed by an acceptance on the following Tuesday for most who received the email.
This does not mean that they will continue this trend. Also, this is only for CAS. In addition, it does not look like anyone has been taken off of the Cornell waitlist yet. The only communication has been for those who were offered a TO last year who were HS class of 2023 who will be sophomores this year.
I can’t lie isn’t it unlikely for interest emails to be sent out today? It says no decisions before May 2nd, last year Friday was the 28th, just a few days before May 2nd. This year Friday is the 26th. Maybe it’s more probable for interest emails to come out on Monday? Regardless I ain’t getting in.
does anyone know anything about COE ??
thats what im thinking tbh.
Did anyone get anything?
nope
Yea nothin
So it will probably come out on Monday at 4:00 pm if following past trends
Seems logical. With acceptance not due to be sent before May 2nd, it is reasonable to assume that the interest emails would be sent on Monday, April 29.
here is a link I found to someone mentioning the CAS letter sent out on April 29th (not a friday)

doing god‘s work
How do you know this was sent on April 29th? I don’t see the date mentioned anywhere
If you hover your mouse over the Reddit date it tells you the exact date
