I never know where to post these comments or questions on the website.
Is anyone else having to constantly login again? When I do, my email pops up to use, I click that, but then everything loads before I have time to click “remember me”.
Then there’s this weird gray area at the bottom of the page with an “x” that I have to click to get rid of it.
When I click on a thread, it sort of jumps around, then I have to find it again then it works.
I started a thread about this , called “ads” in the community and forum issues earlier today. Several posters have responded there.
Hi. Yes. I was told by a techie friend that to delete my google app on my phone and go to the App Store and download it again.
This is for an I phone. I did it and it worked.
Umm… @privatebanker - the cc app was discontinued (well, unsupported and unavailable to be downloaded unless one already had it) several years ago - well before you joined cc in 2018. Were you registered previously ?
I’m getting the gray box with the X every time a new page loads, but not having to log in repeatedly. I’m using my iMac.
@jym626 I stated the google app not cc. I had the same problem ans it was a search engine glitch. It would simply log me off whatever I was reading over and over again. Cc included. I deleted google and reloaded it and it’s been fine since.
@jym626 , how do I get to that forum board?
@privatebanker This is happening not just on androids but also on iphones, ipads, pcs and desktops. Seems like a bigger issue than a google app glitch.

I’m also seeing the grey box (but not right now) and having to log in every day on my phone (not on the computer). I DO check the remember me box.
@jym626 oh you’re definitely right. I’m not techie for sure. It worked for me for whatever reason. I think it is the whole world streaming at the same time.
