<p>I just found out I got the scholarship too!!! I have been sending emails pretty often to my advisor and she called me to her office a couple of hours ago! :D</p>
<p>I think all the advisors might know by now since I saw the email sent to her… it also mentioned the 20th of this month as the time to let the student know…</p>

<p>Hello everyone and congrats to the new scholars! I’ve been nervously following this thread for the past week or so, and finally decided to post. </p>
<p>I wonder if in fact all of the school advisors have been notified or not. I spoke with mine today, and similar to a previous conversation we had, I asked if she had heard anything and she said that the foundation would be informing me (the student) first. Perhaps there’s some confusion…</p>
<p>The anticipation in the wake of being nominated for this scholarship is greater than I ever could have imagined; I can barely contain myself!!! </p>

<p>they encourage the advisors to suprise you… so dont give up hope just yet! I also got a call back from the foundation in response to a voicemail i left them before i found out and they said it could take up until the first week of May for notifications to go out.</p>

<p>I joined this forum after reading this, because yesterday my college president’s assistant called out fo the blue to schedule a meeting with our president. I should be seeing him at 4:00pm today… I think he may have some big news to share. I am so nervous!! I don’t know if I can wait until 4 without my head exploding!!</p>

<p>Found out today!!! Ahhhh!!! I’m freaking out but wanted to wish you good luck and let you know my advisor said the school notified schools a few days ago and gave the schools until Friday to tell students then they will call. Good luck!</p>

<p>Hey. I called the foundation, and they told me they’ve been receiving a lot of calls. They also said that they will announce the winners by the end of next week! Good Luck!</p>

<p>I emailed the adviser at my school today and got an email back that said I could stop by the office for her to check status or send her my phone number as authorization. Haven’t heard anything back. If I had gotten it, she would have received an email and wouldn’t need to check status, so I’m thinking I’m out.</p>
