Never mind. It wasn’t on my screen for awhile but back again. 
I asked it how to get rid of it. It said, ok, powering down. As if I fell off the turnip truck a few hours ago.

So why wasn’t a beta group considered? Did no one remember the previous suggestions of utilizing them? If not, then why not?

I stuck with this site after the recent poorly done redesign, but that damn pop up bot may be the thing that drives me away for good.
It was right under the bubble when it first popped up. In very fine light lettering.
Now I just see the “How can we help?” which remains quietly in its corner at bottom of the screen.
Yes, it remains in the corner, covering content. It’s very annoying.
Yes - even on a desktop, where it’s not really covering anything, the constant bobbing up into view every time I go from page to page is extremely distracting. If it could just be put in one place (like, under the “ask a question” button), I wouldn’t have a problem.
How about this – why don’t you try the bot for a month, CC, and if very very few people use it, consider removing it. I personally do not think very many people will actually use it, however, I concede I might be wrong, which is why I suggest a trial period. If basically no one uses it, please get rid of it!
Kai is rather broken on iPhone 11; text entered is white ink (on white paper), no place to enter a question.
Yes, pease , for all that is good and holy, get rid of that thing or make it easily removable. Trying to navigate this site was hard enough to on the phone before. Now its worse- jumps around and if you try to type or cut/paste something that (*QY@()%&$ blue thing gets in the way.
How is progress coming on Kai? The moving around of the blue box on the iPhone seems to be getting worse not better.
Because of the Labor Day weekend, we haven’t made much progress yet. I’ll have more information tomorrow.
