I’m excited to introduce @CC_MacKenzie, who recently joined College Confidential as our new Community Manager.
I introduced her to the moderators last week and gave her a little time to onboard, but she’s digging in and immersing herself in all things CC.
As I shared with the mods in my intro, she’s not totally new here. She’s a former College Confidential user. Years ago, she was navigating many of the same questions, decisions, and milestones that bring students and families here every day.
To share a little more about MacKenzie - she’s spent the last year and a half working directly with students and families as a student success and career coach, helping learners navigate college, build professional skills, explore career paths, and prepare for life after graduation.
As mentioned above, she’s spend the last week plus immersing herself in the community. She met the moderator team, has been exploring the forums, and is beginning to get up to speed on the conversations and topics that matter most to our members.
You’ll start seeing @CC_MacKenzie more often across the forums as she gets to know our members, joins conversations, and supports the community. She’s looking forward to learning from all of you and helping ensure CC remains a trusted place for honest advice, thoughtful discussion, and support throughout the college journey.
