Hi all!
I want to apply for a bachelors in classical/instrumental music and I am looking at SNU (along with others, but I’m quite curious about SNU). If anybody has additional information regarding this university that isn’t mentioned in the website, or even about the course itself, please reply!
I study seven subjects: Maths, English, Irish, French, biology, geography and music. Currently all at advanced/higher level
2015-2016 I did 100 hours of volunteer work/community service.
Violin (primary instrument) and piano (secondary). I have played with orchestras around Ireland and attended chamber music workshops too. I have grade 8 ABRSM in both and ABRSM grade 8 theory.
I’m not trying to show off because I know compared to other people, this all looks pretty… ‘less than average’ , at BEST. After all, someone with a much more reputable CV, of sorts, than mine didn’t get accepted. Then again, this is like the Harvard of South Korea. I was just wondering if based in the above information, can anyone come back to me?
I’ll be in my final year of secondary school this September coming (I study in Ireland btw). I am currently learning Korean (about intermediate standard but in no way fluent) seeing as though I am very interested in languages
