Suddenly I feel lost - where is the new threads listing?
It used to be at the bottom of any thread… I could go to new threads or latest threads, but the new is gone now… 
You need to click on the three parallel lines by your avatar.
I noticed the same thing. Then I noticed that the default changed from “suggested” to “related.” Once I clicked on “suggested,” it returned to my default
You can also get to the new threads list by holding down the ‘G’ key and then pressing the ‘N’ key. You can do G and L to get to the latest threads too (that’s mostly how I navigate CC)
so when I do that I get this message:
You have no new threads. Browse all categories or view latest topics.
Your new threads will appear here. By default, threads are considered new and will show a indicator if they were created in the last 2 days.
Visit your preferences to change this.
still no new threads… 
Is it possible you are caught up? That’s the message I get if there are no new threads that I haven’t read yet.

no…but I went into preferences and changed the setting for “consider new topics when” from ‘created in the last 2 days’ to “I haven’t viewed them yet” and now it’s back
