5/25 is the target date
They mentioned that in the email
@LazyDizzy is that just for foster or is that the target date for all decisions?
I think it should only work for foster
Transfer Students

when did you get that email? I did not get that …
Does anyone know if you can tell if you’ve been accepted before decisions have been released if you can open up MyPlan successfully? Just clicked on MyPlan for the fun of it and it actually launched.
I don’t think it’s a positive thing. Because when I was working on the department application (I needed to submit two applications separately due to my major), MyPlan in my account has already been launched and updated all courses in my college transcript.
@hamilsha No, I’ve been using MyPlan for the last 2 years from my community college to plan out the perquisites I need for my major. It’s available to anyone who has an account, and you can create an account without actually being a UW student or applicant.
I’m assuming the answer is no, but has anyone heard back yet?
@volcano75 does it show the credit you earn from cc? My degree audit just shows I have 0 credit
Did they send the email to all the applicants or you asked them?
@momo watashi you should get it after you submit your foster application
Yea after submitting your application
when is the decision date?
the allen college says that department will make all admission decisions in 30 days in the email, what does that mean?

@imkuizxx If you enter your WA CC SID and birthdate on the “Find CTC Equivalents” page, it should pull your transcript from your school. Mine didn’t work at first and I had to email their tech support. It eventually worked after some troubleshooting.
Your stats are pretty good, surprisingly you have over 90 quarter credits and at 140 quarter credit for CC. Anyways your GPA is high enough, I’m certain you will be admitted into UW Seattle based on credits and GPA, your other stats are a boost to your admission. I’m not certain if you’re going to be admitted into CS, have you completed their prereqs? Direct admission into the Allen School/CSE is really important if not you will have tons of competition as Pre-science.
Since you mentioned you were Chinese, thus on the side note, even though UW has a lot of Chinese in CSE they do not have a quota that only a certain amount of Chinese or Asian is allowed in CS because of affirmative action (Initiative 1000 - Washington State Law). So Xiong dei jia you le. Goodluck
@theonlyryan I’m not sure what the 30 days thing means but I emailed them and they said that they will be sending decisions but May 11 so Monday! Kinda correlates tbh.
I am also a CS major and I’m so nervous.
@FakeNerd haha thank you! I basically took all the math classes and physics classes, I think that’s why. And I have finished their pre-request.
@tasha1508 ICIC, is it gonna be rolling or what? When did it come out last year?
Maybe COVID-19 will cause the delay
@tasha1508 Monday for CS decision or general decision?
